"the whole point of an email like this is to help everybody feel involved and informed about CCM"

Hello People of Christ Church Manchester, I hope you are fit, healthly and looking forward to your week. This is the first ever CCN Enews. Woop Woop!! Hopefully in the future this email will have pictures, bells and whistles that you will find exciting and informative in equal measure. However I do not yet know how to do all these things. So I am going to have to really on my wit and charisma to get us through...

Anyways, the whole point of an email like this is to help everybody feel involved and informed about CCM. My aim is to pass round information that you will find interesting and exciting. If you think I should include something then please email me.

So here are a few golden news nuggets for you -

Worship day. 13th Feb from 10am til 4pm at Hyde Town Hall. Septembers Worship day was an incredible day that saw God move in real power. Fancy some of that? Click here.

After Church Party! I love to party. Honestly I do. I know I sometimes look grumpy but inside I am a party animal. Anyways, on a Sunday in the not too distant future we will stay for an extra hour after church and eat food together. I will reveal details of this (like the date!) in next weeks email. I thought I would let you know what we are planning so you can get excited.

Family funday. Do you have a family? Do you like fun? Can you backflip on bouncey castles? You should probably go to the family funday at Hyde Town Hall this Saturday (30th January) from 11am till 2pm.

I (Tim) preached on Sunday and the previous Sunday. I preached about generosity and money. In that preach I talked about how we are going to go on a journey of faith together. I will use this email in the future to talk about how God is blessing us as individuals and as a church. So, has God blessed you recently? Have you given Cheerfully, faithfully and sacrifically only to see God bless you in return? Then let me know and I will tell the world (well, anybody who gets this email!).

So thats what a news letter looks like. I apologise for my grammer. I used to bunk school and failed my A-levels because I started a punk band (we rocked!). Consequently I have the grammer and spelling of a distracted 9 year old.

Check out CCMs Facebook group and the chapels facebook group.

Anyways, enjoy your week and be kind to animals.
