The Chapel

The Chapel is a creative community made up of musicians, artists, bloggers, tweeters, consumers, creators and anybody who loves culture. We want to reach out into the creative communities of Manchester by creating, supporting and outputting culture.

So far we have run a club night. Our intention is too broaden this out to a wide range of culture activities depending on the creative talent that we have available to us. We have also started a blogging website that is currently a little blank but will soon be a hive of activity. Do you love Manchester? Maybe you could write some stuff for us. Have a look.

Pulse

Pulse is an intentionally flexible training and intern scheme, offering skills training across the broad range of CCM's work.

There are many opportunities to get involved in the life and work of the church, allowing you to focus on your particular areas of interest. You can get involved in Urban Youth Work (with the Eden Team), Impacting Culture (with The Chapel), Kids Work, and Community Work.

Eden Gorton

The aim of an Eden team is to go to the most challenging urban areas and share God’s life-changing love incarnationally in word and action. Eden teams choose to live in these communities, sharing the problems of those growing up there and ministering to their needs.

Events

At Christ Church Manchester we want to train, equip and release the Church in Worship and Leadership. To do this we host regular conferences for church leaders and worship teams.

So far we have run three different worship and leadership conferences in Manchester that have involved internationally renowned speakers and teachers. Our next Conference, Worship in the Presence of God, is on September 25th. Click here for more information.
